Sammy Murfet

Sammy joined the One Agency team in 2023 following relocation back to the North-West Coast.

Prior to joining our team Sammy worked in a boutique strata office in Hobart.

Sammy is Vice President and Secretary for the Tasmanian Chapter of our national industry body, Strata Community Association. In addition, she holds a national qualification, Certificate IV in Strata Community Management.

Sammy manages a diverse portfolio of stratas, providing focus on quality management and communication.

Before entering strata, Sammy spent 10 years working in the property industry through a mix of employment in legal offices as a Conveyancer and working in real estate. Sammy also holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and has a passion for working in her local community. Her experience, coupled with her love of the property industry ensures our owners groups are very well looked after.
