One Agency Collins started strata management in the 1990’s to help our existing landlords with issues outside the scope of property management.  We are the only local agency on the Coast that has a dedicated and highly qualified strata team that thrive on providing first class service, based in our offices at 59 Best Street, Devonport. The team often work hand in hand with Property Management or Sales providing advice on strata matters and many of our landlords are turning to us to provide a holistic and professional management services to ensure the risk is taken out of their asset management.

We are a member of the Strata Communities Association (Tasmania) and the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania and have been providing real estate services to the local community since 1934. Our Principal, Stacey Sheehan, and Strata Manager, Tayla McCall, are also both on the state executive of the Strata Communities Association (Tasmania).

As one of Devonport’s oldest family-owned real estate agencies, we understand the variety of needs our clients have, from those that want to remain fully engaged in the unit complex but not have to take on the responsibility of budgets or insurance, to those that want to set and forget.
